My name is Tyhepha Thomas and I am the Administrative Assistant here at the Family Counseling Center of the CSRA, Inc. I have been here since November of 2019. I am a retired veteran from the U.S. Army, where I served 20 years as a Logistician. Many of my duties coincided with administrative assistant duties. I have an associative degree in Surgical Technology, and I am returning to college this Fall to complete my bachelor’s degree in nutrition science. I hope to go on to get my graduate degree in Psychology. Some of my duties here at FCC entail maintaining and updating the counselor's and intern's client schedules, processing new client intakes, scheduling client appointments, maintaining client records, and most importantly, providing friendly, professional, and proficient customer service. Family Counseling Center is important to me because I know that I am a part of a very professional, knowledgeable, transformative, and community-focused team of counselors/interns. I am proud to be part of an agency that cares to make a difference in the lives of the community through ethical, technical, and instinctual counseling services.
