My name is Fran'shon Hollis. I am a counselor that believes if we take the time to build therapeutic relationships with support and encouragement, clients will gain self-awareness and be empowered to achieve. My educational background includes, a BA in Sociology from Paine College (1999), M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Troy University (2002), and a MA in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University (2021). I use cognitive behavioral techniques that most often helps identify patterns and beliefs that can initiate roadblocks to growth. Because there is no one size fits all in therapy, I believe patience is always needed to aid clients working towards understanding and self-management of their desired goal.
